Exclusive Filtering hoppers can pull/push any item but the one you specify on the filter slot.

Put an item on the GUI on the bottom slot, and the hopper will manipulate every item but the ones that match that one.
The hopper will only interact with items that DON'T match the item on the "Pull all but:" slot.
